1. Agreement
By creating an account or using GrowSpin you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
2. Who may play
- You must be 18 or older, and old enough to gamble where you live.
- You are responsible for making sure that using GrowSpin is allowed where you are.
- You may have one account. Extra accounts can be closed and their balance kept back.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility.
- Your username must not impersonate staff or other players, or be offensive.
- You may not sell, share or hand over your account.
4. Balance, deposits and withdrawals
- Your balance is counted in World Locks. 1 DL = 100 WL and 1 BGL = 10,000 WL.
- A deposit counts only when you trade our bot, named in your wallet, in the world shown there, before the timer ends. Locks traded to anyone else are not our responsibility.
- Withdrawals are paid out by the bot in Growtopia. They can be delayed while the bot is offline or while we review an account.
- Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the wallet and can change.
- Balances have no value outside GrowSpin and are not exchanged for real money.
5. Games and bets
- Every result is drawn on the server and can be checked on the Provably fair page.
- A bet is final once it is placed. The server's record of a bet is the one that counts.
- If a result is clearly wrong because of a bug or outage, we may cancel the bet and return the stake.
- Maximum bets and payouts are shown in each game.
6. Rewards, races and community cases
- Bonuses, race prizes and daily cases follow the rules shown on the Rewards and leaderboard pages.
- We may change or end a promotion at any time. Rewards gained by abuse can be taken back.
- Community cases you create must not contain offensive names or art. We may remove a case that breaks these rules.
7. Fair use
You may not:
- use bots, scripts or automation to play, or overload the site;
- abuse bugs; report them to support instead;
- work together with other players to cheat, or move balance between your own accounts;
- scam, threaten or harass other players, in chat or anywhere else;
- advertise or post links to other sites in chat.
If you break these rules we can mute, suspend or close your account and keep back balance won by breaking them.
8. Play responsibly
Gambling should be fun. Only play with what you can afford to lose, and take a break when it stops being fun. You can ask support to close your account at any time.
9. Liability
- GrowSpin is offered as it is. We do our best to keep it online, but cannot promise it always works without interruption.
- We are not responsible for losses from trades outside our bot, from sharing your account, or from things outside our control.
