Create an account, put locks in your balance by trading them to our bot in Growtopia or by depositing crypto, and pick a game. Your balance is shown at the top of every page and every bet is taken from it.

Only players who are 18 or older and old enough to gamble where they live. One account per person: extra accounts can be closed and their balance kept back.

Open Live support from the account menu or the bottom of any page. Our assistant answers right away and hands you to a staff member when a person is needed.

1. Open the Wallet at the top, choose Deposit and pick Growtopia.
2. Enter your GrowID and press Get deposit world. In a few moments the wallet shows a world.
3. Join that world in Growtopia exactly as it is written and trade the bot any amount of WL, DL or BGL. You have 5 minutes from the moment the world appears.
4. As soon as the bot confirms the trade, the locks are in your balance.

1. Open the Wallet, choose Withdraw and pick Growtopia.
2. Enter your GrowID and the amount, and press Withdraw. The amount leaves your balance at once.
3. When the wallet shows a world, go there and accept the bot's trade.

If no bot can deliver it or the trade fails, the locks come back to your balance by themselves.

No. Lock deposits and withdrawals have no fee, and you do not have to wager a deposit before you withdraw it.

The smallest and largest amount for one deposit and one withdrawal:

One deposit or withdrawal can be open at a time.

A deposit only counts when you trade the bot in the world your wallet shows, within 5 minutes of the world appearing. If the time ran out, start a new deposit. If you did trade and nothing arrived, ask Live support with the time of the trade and the amount.

When no bot can take your withdrawal in time, or the trade fails, it is cancelled and the locks go back to your balance. If the wallet says it is taking longer than usual, staff check it and settle it by hand.

A deposit can be cancelled in the first 30 seconds after its world appears, a withdrawal until a bot takes it. Every cancel, and every world you do not come to, makes you wait a little before the next one. Many in a row block new deposits and withdrawals for up to a day.

Only trade in the world your wallet shows. Staff will never ask you for locks or your password, to drop items, to trade anyone else or to send crypto anywhere else.

Yes, with a tip: in the Wallet under Tip, or with the Tip button on their player card. Enter their GrowSpin name, not their GrowID. A tip starts at 1 WL, moves straight from your balance to theirs and cannot be taken back.

Every 30 minutes a pot of locks rains on the chat and is shared evenly among the players who joined it. To join you need 1 DL wagered and 10 chat messages in the last 7 days. Anyone can add to the pot, from 1 DL.

A safe for money you want to keep out of play. Open Vault in the account menu and put locks or dollars in it: what is in the vault cannot be bet, tipped or withdrawn, and taking it out asks for your password.

The History tab of the Wallet shows the latest ones. Transactions in the account menu lists all of them, with your totals for deposits, withdrawals, tips and rewards.

1. Open the Wallet, choose Deposit and pick a coin and its network.
2. Send that coin on that network to the address shown. The address is yours and stays the same.
3. Once the network confirms the payment, its full worth in dollars is in your USD balance.

Coins: USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL, LTC, TRX, BNB, XRP. Send nothing else to the address. TON and XRP payments need the memo or tag shown, or they cannot be credited.

Choose Withdraw in the Wallet, pick a coin and its network, and enter your address and an amount in dollars from your USD balance. The network fee comes off the coins you receive: the wallet shows the fee and what arrives before you confirm.

Withdrawals up to $300.00 are sent at once. Larger ones are checked by staff first, and until then you can cancel them and the dollars come back.

A crypto withdrawal can be from $3.00 to $500.00.

Crypto sent to a wrong address or network cannot be brought back, so check both before you confirm.

Crypto is kept in dollars, in a USD balance of its own next to your locks. You can play the games from either one: pick it in the balances menu at the top. Case battles, tips and lock withdrawals use locks.

With the Exchange tab of the Wallet. It buys locks with dollars and sells them back at prices staff set; selling pays a little less than buying.

The Upgrader and every case have a Demo button. A demo uses no balance and is not saved.

The info button beside every game's title shows its RTP, the share of all bets it pays back on average, with its largest bet and its biggest win:

Open My bets in the account menu, or the history button in a game. Recent bets under every game shows the latest bets of everyone. Open any bet to see the round and copy its link to share it.

Every result is decided by numbers you can check yourself. Before you bet, we show you the hash of a secret server seed. You have your own client seed, and each bet has a nonce that counts up by one.

The result comes from these three together. Because the hash is shown first, we cannot change the server seed after your bet.

1. Open the bet from My bets. Its Fairness part shows the server seed hash, your client seed and the nonce.
2. Go to Provably fair and rotate your seeds. This reveals the old server seed.
3. Pick the game, paste the server seed, your client seed and the nonce of the bet.
4. Press Verify. You see the result the bet had, and the hash to compare with the one you saw before.

Yes. Type it in when you rotate your seeds, or leave the field empty for a random one. Finish any open round of Mines, Tower, HiLo, Coinflip, Tree Rush or Blackjack first: it was drawn from the seed that rotating reveals.

Crash, Trade, the blackjack tables and case battles give everyone at the table the same result, so each round or battle has a seed of its own instead of yours. Its hash is fixed before it starts and the seed is revealed when it is over. A case battle shows both on its page.

Every WL you wager raises your level, from 0 up to 65. Level 10 is Bronze I and every five levels after it is the next rank, up to Blue Gem II. Each rank gives back more as rakeback and opens a free daily case. Your own progress is under Tiers in the account menu.

Every bet you place, win or lose, builds rakeback: a share of the house edge, from 1% at World Lock up to 15% at Blue Gem II. Collect it whenever you like from Rakeback in the account menu or on the Rewards page.

On the Rewards page you collect a bonus every day from what you wagered the day before, every week from last week and every month from last month. Each is a share of the house edge on that wager: a higher tier gives a bigger share, and the weekly and the monthly pay half the daily share.

A new day starts at 13:00 UTC, a new week on Monday and a new month on the 1st.

Every rank you reach has its own case, free to open once a day on the Rewards page: Bronze I at level 10, Bronze II at level 15, and so on up to Blue Gem II at level 65. A rank's case opens while you have wagered at least its worth over the last 5 days, so your cases stay open as long as you keep playing.

Link your Discord on the Discord page and, from Bronze I, you can open one more free case every day on the Rewards page, worth 2 DL on average. It does not need the wager of the last 5 days.

Every WL you wager counts as one point in the daily and the weekly race. When a race ends, the top 25 share its prize pool, paid straight to their balance. The daily race starts again every day at 13:00 UTC and the weekly one every Monday. See the leaderboard for the prizes and the standings.

Open Promo Codes in the account menu and enter the code. Each code works once per account, and some have an end date, a limit on uses or need some wager first.

Each opening is a bet. The item you pull is paid to your balance at its worth straight away, so there is nothing to sell. Every case lists its items and the chance of each.

In a case battle every player opens the same cases, round by round, and by default the highest total takes the whole pot. Other modes let the lowest total, the last case or the single best item win, or a wheel pick the winner; in Group mode everyone shares the pot.

Free seats can be filled by bots, and what a bot wins stays with GrowSpin. There is no battle fee, battles are played with locks, and if the battle is cancelled everyone gets back what they paid.

Yes, for free. On Create a case you pick up to 30 items and their chances, design the art and set a price from 10 WL to 150 BGL.

You earn 1% of every opening of your case, your own openings and the ones in case battles included. Collect it on My cases whenever you like.

Share your link from the Affiliates page: your code is your GrowSpin name. Everyone who signs up with it is linked to you for good, and you earn 20% of the house edge on every bet they place. Claim it whenever you like.

When you create your account, press I have a referral code and enter it. A code can only be added when you sign up.

The Discord page gives you your own invite link to the GrowSpin Discord. You get 20 WL for every friend who joins, links their account and wagers 1 DL, and a bonus at 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 friends.

Press "Forgot?" beside the password field when you sign in. We e-mail you a link to set a new one, which works for one hour. A new password signs you out on every device.

To protect accounts, sign-ins and some actions are limited for a short time after many tries in a row. Wait the time shown and try again.

You can change your password in Settings, under Account. Your GrowSpin name and your e-mail stay as they are; your name is also your affiliate code.

Turn on Hide my name in Settings, under Privacy: you show as Hidden in the live bets, the race and win announcements. Hide my statistics shows other players only your tier and when you joined.

With the language picker at the bottom of every page, or in Settings under Display.

No spam, begging or loans, harassment, personal information or advertising, and only links to battles, cases and bets on GrowSpin. Staff can mute players who break them, and you can mute a player yourself from their name in the chat.

Play only with what you can afford to lose. To keep money out of play, put it in your Vault. If you want to stop, ask Live support to close your account.
