What we keep
- Account: your username, email address and password. The password is stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
- Wallet: the GrowID you enter for a deposit or withdrawal, and the history of your deposits, withdrawals and tips.
- Play: your bets, results, seeds and rewards, so every result can be checked and every balance adds up.
- Chat: messages you send in the public chat.
- Technical: your IP address and basic request details, used to protect the site against abuse.
Why we keep it
- To run your account, your balance and your deposits and withdrawals.
- To show that results are fair and to settle bets correctly.
- To stop fraud, cheating, spam and attacks, for example by limiting too many sign-in attempts.
- To email you when you ask for a password reset.
What others can see
Your username, level, chat messages and bets in the live bet feed and leaderboards are public. Your email address, GrowID and IP address are never shown to other players.
Cookies and storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember choices such as your chosen lock, open tabs and sound settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Bet and wallet records can be kept longer where they are needed to settle disputes or prevent fraud.
Your choices
You can ask support for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account. Some records may be kept as described above.
